Haney, co-owner and co-founder of HSI Properties has a solid background and proven abilities in the areas of real estate development and project management.
Prior to starting HSI in 2007, Haney served as senior development coordinator for MLG Development in Brookfield, Wis., which included site selection, land acquisition, entitlement procurement, financial planning, public presentations and overall project profitability management.
During his career with MLG, Haney managed the development of more than 1,000 single-family residential lots, half of the company’s such projects in Wisconsin, as well as numerous mixed-use projects in the state. He also supported condominium and marina developments in the state of Florida, and was active in MLG’s business park/industrial segment, which is the largest in the state of Wisconsin.
Haney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2001. He is a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders, Commercial Association of Realtors and is a licensed Wisconsin real estate professional.
Haney is a resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
